GG PCs LLC Acceptable Use Policy
This acceptable use policy covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the "Products") provided by GG PCs LLC under any ongoing agreement. It’s designed to protect us, our customers and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible and illegal activity.
GG PCs LLC customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this acceptable use policy can be liable for service suspension and account termination. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to report such customers to the relevant authorities.

GG PCs LLC Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: All returned items must be in working condition unless approved through a technical support ticket. Returned items must be shipped with the original packing materials. Returns are subject to up to a 5% restocking fee.
Return Process

Return shipping charges will be paid for by us.
Refunds
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5-10 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.

GG PCs LLC Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from GG PCs LLC (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, GG PCs LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
GG PCs LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from GG PCs LLC is 1 year from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
cosmetic damage smaller than 1 inch across
